Access to and use of the services of Travel By Loretta, LLC (“Travel By Loretta, LLC”) and our website www.Travelbyloretta.com or other sites owned and operated by Travel By Loretta, LLC, including certain subscription restrictions and limitations on liability applicable to your subscription are subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all of these Terms and Conditions, then do not use any of our services or our websites. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Travelbyloretta.com and you, the Customer. No alterations to these Terms and Conditions may be made by any Travel by loretta employee, authorized representative or agent, unless in writing by an authorized officer of Travelbyloretta.com

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TRAVEL PRICING

All rates are subject to availability at time of booking, may include early booking discounts, and may increase without notice. Non-discountable fees such as, but not limited to, port charges are included in pricing unless otherwise stated. Airfare, air taxes, fuel surcharges, transfers, government fees and taxes are additional unless otherwise stated. A booking processing fee is additional and is subject to change without notice. Information and pricing are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, or any omission, Travel By Loretta, LLC reserves the right to adjust the pricing or to make any other corrections. Every attempt has been made to include all taxes. In rare instances, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only upon departure from a country, and may vary in price. Travel suppliers may add a fuel surcharge, and Customer agrees to pay it.

 

CUSTOM ITINERARIES

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

Travel documentation proof appropriate for entry to itinerary destination(s), such as passports, visas and inoculation certificates remain each traveler’s responsibility. Travelbyloretta.com is not responsible for providing documentation information.

Customer should verify requirements well in advance of travel to ensure compliance. Travelers who do not meet these requirements will be denied boarding by cruise lines and airlines. If a passport is required, the expiration date must be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel. For further information, visit the U.S. State Department website, http://travel.state.gov, on a regular basis for updates regarding incidence of disease, terrorism, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international destination(s), and re-entry into the United States. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT U.S. GOVERNMENT RULES REGARDING ENTRY AND EXIT CHANGE ON A DAILY BASIS. VERY IMPORTANT: SOME DESTINATIONS CURRENTLY REQUIRE THAT YOUR PASSPORT NOT EXPIRE WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF THE DATE OF YOUR ITINERARY RETURN. ALL UNITED STATES CITIZENS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID PASSPORT TO TRAVEL ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INCLUDES THE CARIBBEAN, BERMUDA, MEXICO, PANAMA, CANADA, AND ON ALL CRUISES. VISAS MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR SOME DESTINATIONS. REMEMBER, EACH CHILD TRAVELING WITH YOU REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AS WELL. (CAUTION: IF ANY WATERMARKS APPEAR THAT WILL AFFECT PASSPORT MACHINE READERS, REPLACE IT PRIOR TO TRAVEL DATE.) 

It is the responsibility of the Customer to make Travelbyloretta.com aware when he or she is traveling on a passport from a country other than the United States. HEALTH MATTERS

Health matters, including, but not limited to, concerns related to norovirus, should be addressed to the following: a) your personal physician, b) the cruise line you selected, and c) the U.S. Centers for Disease Control.

Travelbyloretta.com is not responsible for providing inoculation information. Customers traveling to areas where vaccination(s) may be required are responsible to check medical requirements for wherever they may venture.

REQUIRED OR ADVISED INOCULATIONS YOU DECIDE TO OBTAIN UPON THE ADVICE OF YOUR PERSONAL PHYSICIAN MAY NEED TO BE ADMINISTERED IN A SERIES OF DOSES MONTHS AHEAD OF YOUR PLANNED DEPARTURE, AND SUCH TIME ELEMENT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT BY YOU WHEN MAKING DEPOSITS AND/OR NONREFUNDABLE FINAL PAYMENTS. Covid Waiver

Coronavirus COVID-19 Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement

The 2019 Novel Coronavirus* (COVID-19, “Coronavirus”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.

Client is fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel.

Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak with the CDC. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices

Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to have travel insurance to ensure they have coverage for all medical needs and trip cancellation, but understands that concerns or fear of travel is not a covered reason for cancellation relating to the Coronavirus/ Covid-19 and will be denied. Client holds Travelbyloretta.com harmless for his election to not purchase travel insurance or any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to Covid-19 or any other claim under the policy.

Travel insurance generally only covers unforeseen events. Most insurers classified COVID-19 as a ‘known event’ late January 2020. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place.

Client understands that he/she is bound by the terms of the insurance policy as it relates to Coronavirus/Covid-19.

Client is aware the travel warnings, travel restrictions and rules and understands the risks, is accepting of these and knows that Travelbyloretta.com holds agency harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations you are traveling through. Client further agrees to hold Travel By Loretta, LLC,LLC harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to Covid 19 and agrees not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to Travelbyloretta.com for said penalties or fees.

Client is aware that additional screening procedures and restrictions may take place at airports and in public areas. Client is aware that these restrictions may include mandatory face coverings and/or temperature checks in airports, hotels, cruise ships, trains or other means of transport.

Client is aware that Immigration restrictions may be put in place before or during your travels that may impede your ability to enter or exit your destination as planned.

Client is aware that it is his/her personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and takes full responsibility for his/her actions with regards to this.

 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL SUPPLIER’S (“SUPPLIER”) AND Travelbyloretta.com’S CANCELLATION PENALTIES. YOU MAY VISIT THE SUPPLIER’S WEBSITE TO VIEW THOSE POLICIES. THE CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES OF TRAVEL BY LORETTA  ARE SET FORTH AS FOLLOWS: SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR TRAVEL PLANS, YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND IS LIMITED BY THE SUPPLIER TERMS AND TRAVEL BY LORETTA .COM POLICIES.

TRAVEL BY LORETTA .COM WILL REIMBURSE YOU DIRECTLY. THE SUPPLIER AND Travelbyloretta.com MAY CHANGE THEIR CANCELLATION POLICIES AT ANY TIME.

CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROTECTION OF AGENCY REVENUE. Travelbyloretta.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TREAT THE BOOKING AS CANCELED IF THE BALANCE DUE IS NOT PAID ON TIME. AS A RESULT OF SUCH CANCELLATION, Travelbyloretta.com’AND SUPPLIER’S CANCELLATION PENALTIES WILL APPLY, WHICH ARE DETAILED IN YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION, THE SUPPLIER WEBSITE AND THE WWW.TRAVELBY LORETTA.COM WEBSITE. ALL CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD YOU AUTHORIZED TO PAY FOR TRAVEL SERVICES, INCLUDING CANCELLATION FEES, OR DEDUCTED FROM THE SUPPLIER’S REFUND. Travelbyloretta.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A CHANGE CHARGE. INDIVIDUAL STATE LAWS, IF ANY, REGARDING CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS APPLY.


TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN OF INSURANCE

Travelbyloretta.com STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THE PURCHASE OF A TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN OF INSURANCE SERVICES THAT PROTECTS YOU AND YOUR PARTY, INCLUDING:

TRAVEL INSURANCE SHOULD BE PURCHASED FROM VARIOUS THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL INSURANCE SUPPLIERS AT THE TIME TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. REVIEW THE COVERAGE AND POLICIES CAREFULLY. IT IS CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PURCHASE COVERAGE DIRECTLY FROM THE THIRD- PARTY TRAVEL INSURANCE SUPPLIER.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You will receive travel documents prior to the departure date. When you receive your tickets and any and all documents, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to review and verify all information. Contact Travelbyloretta.com immediately if changes or corrections are required.

RESPONSIBILITY, DISCLOSURE AND LIABILITY LIMITS.

Travelbyloretta.com IS NOT THE SOURCE OR SUPPLIER OF THE TRAVEL SERVICES REQUESTED, AND ACTS SOLELY AS AN AGENT FOR DISCLOSED PRINCIPAL SUPPLIER CRUISE LINES, HOTELS, AIRLINES, AIR CHARTERS, BUS COMPANIES, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, BOAT PURVEYORS OR OWNERS, AND OTHER INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS PROVIDING ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSPORTATION, AND/OR OTHER SERVICES. EACH OF THESE COMPANIES IS AN INDEPENDENT ENTITY WITH ITS OWN MANAGEMENT, AND IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE CONTROL OF Travelbyloretta.com.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED BY Travel By Loretta, LLC AS AGENT FOR INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL SUPPLIERS IN YOUR ITINERARY. TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMMODATIONS AND OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE IDENTIFIED SEA, AIR AND OPERATORS OFFERED ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THE TICKETS, EXCHANGE ORDERS OR VOUCHERS ISSUED BY THEM AND/OR THEIR SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THEIR RESPECTIVE WEBSITES. Travel By Loretta, LLC URGES PASSENGERS TO REVIEW TRAVEL PROHIBITIONS, WARNINGS, ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ADVISORIES ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT PRIOR TO BOOKING TRAVEL TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS.
